Mr. Ricky Alan Hinson, 60, of Granite Falls passed away Monday, January 8, 2024, at Amorem in Hudson, NC.
Ricky was born December 11, 1963, in Catawba, North Carolina to Eugene Hinson and the late Floy Elmina Hinson. He worked as an upholster at Kincaid Furniture.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Floy Elmina Hinson and a daughter, Autumn Wright.
Those left to cherish his memory is his wife, Donna Pennell Hinson of Lenoir ; his father, Eugene Hinson of Granite Falls; sons, Coty Hinson of Granite Falls, Dakota Hinson of Granite Falls and Leon Pennell (Ember) of Lenoir; brothers, Vesta Hinson of Granite Falls, David Hinson of Granite Falls; and one sister, Rebecca Hinson Hawkins (Steve) of Granite Falls; and several grandchildren, Cody Pennell, Dakota Shook, Jordan Pennell, Josiah Pennell , and Madeline Wright; and several Aunts and Uncles.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 13, 2024, at Dudley Shoals Baptist Church. Receiving friends will be at 9:00 am and the memorial service will be at 10:00 am. Zachary Hinson will be officiating.
