Andy Thompson is a Licensed Funeral Director and Embalmer. He is a native of Valdese, and has been in the funeral business since 1991. He is a graduate of East Burke High School, and Gupton-Jones College of Mortuary Science in Atlanta, Ga. in September 1995. He is a member of the National Morticians Fraternity and Pi Sigma Eta. Andy is married to Connie R. Thompson who is also a native of Valdese. He is a member of Valdese First Baptist Church, a Mason and Shriner, and is an avid hunter, and enjoys gardening and traveling.

Ed Plemmons is a Licensed Funeral Director and Embalmer. He has lived in Valdese since 1966, and has been in the funeral business since 1963. He is a graduate of the Dallas Institute-Gupton Jones College in Dallas, TX in September 1966. He is married to Louise Plemmons who is a native of Valdese. They have three children, five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. He is a member of the Valdese Rotary Club, a Mason and Shriner, and Cornerstone Baptist Church in Valdese where he is a Deacon.
