Kevin James McGee, 52, of Granite Falls passed away on Tuesday, November 7, 2023, in Burke County.
Kevin was born April 26, 1971, in Burke County, NC. He was the son of James Edward McGee and the late Linda Elizabeth Drum McGee.
In addition to his mother, he is preceded in death by a cousin, Derrin McGee.
In addition to his father, those left to cherish his memory are several aunts, uncles and cousins.
A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, November 18, 2023, at Philadelphia Lutheran Church in Granite Falls at 11:00 AM. The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM. Vicar Chris Bass will officiate. Inurnment will be at Sunset Hills Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to Philadelphia Lutheran Church, 52 Pinewood Road, Granite Falls, NC 28630.
If you only knew how much your already missed. Best of friends, and workers. You will never be replaced.
I will miss him dearly he was a dad to me he raised me when I was just a little boy I hope he is in heaven right now looking down at me saying I’m proud of you son for becoming a young man and a great father
