Willie Sue Crouch, 90 of Granite Falls passed away Thursday, April 20, 2023, following a period of declining health.

Willie Sue was born on January 7, 1933, in Caldwell County to the late Otis Henry Yount and Vergie Lee Cannon.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Lester Allen Crouch; daughters, Karen Renee Crouch and Joani Lee Dunigan; granddaughter, Regina Leigh Reese; and great-granddaughters, Katie Elizabeth Eckard and Leslie Danielle Hamby.

Those left to cherish her memory are her children, Pamela Scott (David), Jackie Sue Walston (Ray), Christopher Allen Crouch, Michael Kevin Crouch (Hannah), Matthew Scott Odum (Lindsay), and Jonathan James Odum (Sirani); and numerous other family and friends.

A Funeral Service will be held on Sunday, April 23, 2023, at 3:00 PM at Mt. Carmel Baptist Church.

The family will receive friends Sunday, April 23, 2023, from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Mt. Carmel Baptist Church.

Interment will follow at the church cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Mt. Carmel Baptist Church at 3555 Christie Rd, Hudson, NC 28638.
