Luigi Spagnolo, 91, of Hickory, passed away on Sunday, September 17, 2023 at Amorem in Hudson, following a period of declining health.

Luigi was born in Italy on March 4, 1932 to the late Paola Spagnolo and Vincenza Spagnolo.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife Antoinetta Spagnolo and son Luigi Spagnolo Jr.

He is survived by his daughter, Marina Spagnolo; grandchildren, Casey Hefner and Frankie Testagrossa; and great-grandchild, Aria Hefner.

A memorial service will be held by the family at a later date.
