Mr. Leonard Kent Bolick, 80, of Hudson passed away Saturday, October 8, 2022 at Atrium Health Wake Forest following a period of declining health.
Leonard was born December 2, 1941, in Caldwell County to the late Joseph Grady Bolick and Ruby Mae Wallace Bolick. He worked at Matthews Construction.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Jeanette Starnes and brother, Jay Bolick.
Those left to cherish his memory include his wife, Linda A. Bolick of the home; son, Robert Bolick and wife Darla Clarke of Patterson; daughter, Michelle Tolliver and husband Jay of Hudson; grandchildren, Cassidy Robbins (Ollie), Tylor Foster (Gracie), Austin Clarke (Mckaley), Haleigh Livingston (Hunter), and Abbi Clarke; and great grandchildren, Riverlin Foster and Wrenlee Foster.
A memorial service will be held 2:00PM Wednesday, October 12, 2022 in the Chapel of Mackie Funeral Service with the Rev. Allen Younce officiating.
The family will receive friends prior to the service, on Wednesday from 1:00PM to 2:00PM at Mackie Funeral Service.

Leonard was indeed a great neighbor and friend. Linda we will never forget all the great Holloween nights you guys had for the neighborhood children. Having you guys as neighbors for three years was indeed a blessing. Lee and Anna
