Jerry Wayne Noland, 78, of Lenoir departed this life on Wednesday, January 15, 2025.
Jerry was born January 7, 1947, in Nauvoo, Alabama to the late Fredrick R. Noland and Velma L. Noland.
Jerry served in the United States Navy for four years and held a certification in HVAC. He was a member at Ambassador Baptist Church in Hudson.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Jimmie A. Noland; and three sisters, Marie N. McGuinnis, Annette N. Boss, and Tammy T. Noland.
Those left to cherish his memory include his wife of fifty four years, Linda K. Noland of the home; brothers, Willie R. Noland (Sonya), Ricky F. Noland (Cissy), Gary M. Noland (Kim), and Zachary H. Noland (Tess); sons, David R. Noland (Blesie), Kevin W. Noland (Crystal), Michael P. Noland (Jamie), and Kaemon R. Noland; grandchildren, Jade Noland, Cindy Santiago, Caleb Noland, Randylle Gregorio, and Adalynn Noland; great grandchildren, Kingsley Nelson and Liliana Crisp. Also surviving are several nephews and nieces.
A funeral service will be held 2:00PM Monday, January 20, 2025, at Ambassador Baptist Church with the Rev. John Sawyer officiating.
Interment will follow at Sunset Hills Cemetery with military honors presented by the US Navy.
The family will receive friends prior to the service, on Monday from 1:00PM to 2:00PM at Ambassador Baptist Church.

Jerry I’ve known you most of my life, you’ve always treated me and my family very well, you were kind, considerate, and were always ready to lend a hand when someone needed it, you were very loved and will be missed.
