Mrs. Flora Sue McRary Crawford, 87, of Granite Falls, passed away on Sunday, October 1, 2023, at Frye Regional Medical Center, following a period of declining health.

Flora was born on October 20, 1935, in Caldwell County to the late Horace Elbert McRary and Annie Mae Miller McRary.  She was raised in Concord Baptist Church and was retired from Huffman Hosiery, where she worked for 37 years.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Jack Lee Crawford, three sons, Roger Dale Clark, Larry Thomas Clark, and Dennis Lee Crawford, one brother, Bob McRary, and two sisters, Joyce Bolick and Betty Lou Parker.

Surviving is a grandson, Dennis Crawford Jr., and wife Natosha, and their two children, Asher, and Micha Crawford.

A private graveside service will be held by the family at a later date.
