Dyann Myrtle Dotson, 65, of Granite Falls passed away on Saturday, August 17, 2024, at her home.
Dyann was born to the late Zenas Dotson and Myrtle Blankenship Dotson on June 24, 1959, in Kentucky. She loved being with her children and grandchildren. She also loved the Dallas Cowboys.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Zenas Dotson and Myrtle Dotson; and two brothers, Zenas Dotson and Wendell Dotson.
Left to cherish her memory are her children, Christy Dotson (Robert Phillips), Brittany Haga (Paul Haga), April Dingess, and Shawn Dingess; and their father and former spouse Virgil Dingess; sisters, Gleda Mounts (Kenny), Abby Dotson, Sheila Dotson; brothers, Raymond Dotson, Kenneth Dotson; grandchildren, Tyler Dotson, Christopher Dotson, Kira Phillips, Kaden Coleman, Kiley Coleman, Landon Haga, Waylon Dingess; and great-grandchildren, Gracie Dotson, Teagan Dotson.
A memorial service will be held by the family at a later date.

Dyann and I spent a lot of time at Southern Community College. She was so much fun to be around. I’m sure her children and grandchildren will sure miss her. Praying for her family as they grieve her loss. 🙏
