Darl Dwayne Gragg, 52, of Boomer, passed away Thursday March 14, 2024 at Amorem Hospice in Hudson following a period of declining health.

Dwayne was born on February 3, 1972 in Caldwell County to the late Edward Wayne Gragg and Frances Jane Walsh Gragg. He was employed by the NC Department of Transportation.

Left to cherish his memory is his wife Iva Gragg of Lenoir; four daughters, Katlin Hohm and husband David of Lenoir, Makayla Morgan and husband Nicholas of Lenoir, Danielle Gragg of Lenoir, and Lindsey Hipsher of Lenoir; one grandchild, Bentley Morgan of Lenoir; two sisters, Donna Robertson and husband James of Lenoir and Angela Gragg of Boomer; one nephew, James Simmons of Lenoir; one niece, Ashley Gragg and husband Joe Hunt of Boomer; and one great-nephew, Dawson Hunt of Boomer.

The family will receive friends on Sunday March 17, 2024 from 1:00-2:00 P.M. at Mackie Funeral Service in Granite Falls.

A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 P.M. Sunday March 17, 2024 in the Chapel of Mackie Funeral Service.
