Ms. Barbara Nell Bogle, 71, of Granite Falls passed away Sunday, July 14, 2024 at Amorem Hospice in Hudson following a period of declining health.
Barbara was born June 17, 1953 in Caldwell County to the late Jack Turnmyre Bogle and Rachel Minnelle Bogle.
Those left to cherish her memory include her siblings, Jack H. Bogle and wife Denise of Fredricksburg, VA, James Bogle and wife Martha of Clayton, NC, Robert Bogle and wife June of Grandin, FL, and Gwen Teague and husband Rex of Granite Falls; step sister Gail Hall and husband Don of Lenoir; numerous nieces and nephews; and a host of special friends.
A memorial service will be held 12:00PM Thursday, July 18, 2024 at Ebenezer Methodist Church with Pastor Simon Chigumira officiating.
A graveside service will follow at 2:00PM in Pinecrest Cemetery with the Rev. Jim Bogle officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Amorem Hospice in Hudson at 526 Pine Mountain Rd. Hudson, NC 28638.

Barbara was truly beautiful soul, always smiling with those beautiful amazing blue eyes. She will be dearly and truly missed. I take solace knowing she is home in a better place with our Lord and Savior …. as I called her Barbie ❤️ 💙 💜 pleasure knowing you lady.
Barbara was the sweetest and easily win your heart. Whenever I questioned my career, I would spend time with her and know I made the right choice.
Barbara was a beautiful soul. She loved everybody and wanted everybody to love one another. I am blessed to know she is completely whole being able to talk and walk. She loved kittens and babies, so I pray God will bless her with some to take care of. Our mother loved to sing so I hope she and Barb are singing together. Thank you to all our friends and family that visited her. SHE IS WHOLE!
