Daniel Webster Wilson, 85, of Hickory passed away Saturday, October 1, 2022, following a period of declining health.

Dan was born on March 10, 1937, in Burke County to the late Marshall McKinley Wilson and Daisy Knox Wilson.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his sisters, Joan Wilson Long, Frances Travers, and Judy Gail Norris; and brothers, Bobby Wilson, and Tommy Wilson.

Those left to cherish his memory are his sister, Weeda Boyer of Maryland, brother, Johnny Wilson (Susie) of Hickory, NC, and many nieces and nephews.

A Graveside Service will be held Saturday, October 8, 2022, at 3:00 PM at Catawba Memorial Park with Pastor Tommy Scronce officiating.
